Where We Ship
ElaraPure is made for Australian women, so we currently ship across Australia only. That includes all states and territories, metro and most regional postcodes.
A small number of remote postcodes can't be serviced by our shipping carrier. If your postcode falls outside the network, we'll be in touch within one business day with options — either an alternate delivery address or a full refund, no fuss.
How Long It Takes
Here's the honest breakdown:
- Order processing: 1-2 business days from when you order. We pack carefully and check every order before it leaves.
- Metro delivery: 7-12 business days from dispatch. (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin)
- Regional & rural: 10-15 business days from dispatch.
- Remote postcodes: Up to 21 business days, depending on the carrier handover.
We won't pretend it's overnight. We use a tracked international shipping service that takes a little longer than local express, but it lets us keep shipping free on every order — including the smallest 20-day pack.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Most PO Boxes and parcel lockers across Australia are deliverable. A handful of small-town post offices have safety restrictions our carrier can't service directly — if that's you, we'll work it out together. Just include both your street address and PO Box at checkout (street address line 1, PO Box on line 2) and we'll print both on the label so Australia Post knows where to drop it for collection.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can follow your parcel all the way from dispatch to your front door (or local post office). If the tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days, drop us a line at help@elarapure.com and we'll chase it up for you.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Australia is a big country and occasionally parcels go missing or get delayed. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, here's what to do:
- Check your tracking link first — sometimes the parcel is at your local post office waiting for collection.
- Check with neighbours or your safe drop location.
- If 21 business days have passed and there's still no sign, email us at help@elarapure.com with your order number. We'll either resend your order at no cost or refund you in full.
We back every order. You won't be left chasing a missing parcel on your own.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to help@elarapure.com within 7 days of receiving it. We'll send a replacement out straight away. No need to return the original.
