You don't need to ship anything back. For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened supplement returns — but the guarantee still applies. Once we verify your order, we refund you, and we ask that you safely dispose of any remaining product.

How To Request A Refund

It's three steps:

  1. Email us at help@elarapure.com within 60 days of your order arriving.
  2. Include your order number (it starts with #ELARA or you'll find it in your confirmation email) and a quick line about your experience — even one sentence is fine.
  3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.

That's it. No forms. No phone trees. No "please return at your own cost." We trust you to be honest, and we'll be honest with you.

Unopened Orders

If your order arrives and you change your mind before opening it, send us an email and we'll arrange a return at no cost to you. Unopened, unused product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, send a photo to help@elarapure.com within 7 days of receiving it. We'll send a free replacement straight away — no need to return the original. This is separate from the 60-day guarantee and doesn't count against it.

A Few Honest Notes

  • One refund per household. The guarantee is designed for genuine first-time customers who aren't sure if it'll work for them. Repeat refund requests across multiple orders aren't covered.
  • Bundle orders are refunded as one transaction. If you bought the 100-day bundle and want a refund at week 4, the full bundle is refunded — you don't need to "calculate" anything.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing us. Future shipments will stop immediately.
  • This guarantee doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, mis-described, or doesn't do what we promised, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the 60-day window.
